Dear Global Staff,
If I may, I would like to take a moment to personally thank you, your company, the agent Mr. Grapain, the company that picked up our boxes in Palmdale and all other persons connected with with our move to Mexico. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and couteous. We have heard and seen many horror stories about moving your things to Mexico. That has totally not been the case with us. All of our boxes (75) arrived, nothing was missing and nothing was broken. Only a " plastic parts cabinet" was cracked and that was because of the way I packed it. Yes my boxes showed signs of "stress along the way" but they all made it. Not one had even been opened! Thanks for you part in making our retirement move to Mexico a success. We will be pleased to recommend your company to our friends who are also contemplating the move. Ours was the test case. |

I got a call yesterday evening from David, from Global Ocean Freight announcing that the truck would come today between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. This morning, the driver called at 8:55 a.m. to get directions and told me it would take him 45 min. to arrive and bingo!!! at 9:45 a.m. the truck was there.....it took the team, with all the paper work, up to 11:30 a.m. to do the job and they are now on their way to New York.
I am VERY impressed by this clockwork organization!!!!

The goods were also handled well by your receiving agent Cargo Partners SK, and promptly delivered the door step, as promised. It's been long over due for me to express my heartfelt thanks for all the help and support you've all extended through my move. Although there were some hiccups, I know that none of was your fault. I also know that, Global probably ended up not making any money on my file. But through out the process, you've gone out of your way to help me out and clear my shipment. Even in India, Romii and his team were simply spectacular in their hospitality. They took extremely good care of me when I was in Chennai for the final customs clearance. You guys have demonstrated your commitment to customer service through the exemplary way you handled my account. For this, I thank you so very much.
To show my appreciation, despite all what happened, I am glad to refer my colleague Sagar and others that are looking to move back to India from the U.S. Sagar will contact you directly.
